Hotel's staff were very friendly and respectful. The room was a nice size and well-appointed with a view, ideal for me. The breakfast was rich and affordable with fresh eggs american style, many different fresh cheeses, great pastry, perfect to start my day.

The food was reasonably priced and the breakfast was really tasty. The hotel was in a central setting near the beach. Moreover, it's very close to shops restaurants and supermarket, and many shops nearby.

Please let the extremely friendly staff know of my gratefulness for a very nice stay. The room is good sized with a MAGNIFICENT view. The bathroom is clean and the bed is extremely comfy.

everything was really good, nothing too much trouble, i would recommend it. had a varied breakfast with many different fresh cheeses and great pastry, for example. convenient central location close enough to makhlof restaurant and many nice night clubs, taxi, and shopping area.

It was a great place to relax and unwind. The staff at the hotel were friendly and attentive, always making sure that my needs were taken care of. The room I stayed in was comfortable and clean, with a stunning view of the mountains and the sea from the balcony. The hotel also had a gym and health club, which was perfect for staying active during my stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and enjoyable stay in Jounieh. I had a fantastic time and would definitely stay here again.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. I was impressed with the attention to detail - everything was super clean and well-decorated. The staff were friendly and helpful, and I particularly enjoyed the delicious dinner in the restaurant. The music created a romantic atmosphere, perfect for celebrating a special occasion like my 19th wedding anniversary. Additionally, the breakfast buffet offered a rich variety of choices and was fresh and delicious.

Everything was great and I couldn't find any faults.

The view from the hotel was breathtaking, and the swimming pool was a pleasant way to cool off. The location was also convenient as it was close to restaurants and shopping. One of the best things was the friendly staff who always wore a smile.

The hotel itself is quite dated, and the room was smaller than expected. The lighting in the bathroom was not sufficient, making it difficult to shave.

The hotel is well situated, as it is close to the sea and the Kaslik shopping area. Despite being away from the center of the city, it is still close to everything one might need. The room was clean and comfortable, while the staff was friendly and always available to help. I enjoyed the breakfast provided and the view from the hotel was quite nice as well.

There were some areas of the hotel that could use improvement.
